EVENT OVERVIEW

In shaping the policies and programs that keep North Carolina’s economy strong, legislators rely on input from economic developers on the front lines. Make your voice heard at the General Assembly by participating in NCEDA's 2023 Legislative Day. The day begins at 7:30 am with a breakfast and briefing in the Legislative Cafeteria. We’ll network with legislators and their staff members during the breakfast hour and then hear from our legislative counsel at Smith Anderson on themes, messages and advice on navigating the legislative complex before everyone fans out for office visits. NCEDA will coordinate a Dutch-treat dinner for Legislative Day registrants the evening of March 28 as an added opportunity for networking. We will send an email to all registrants as we get a little closer to the date with more details on this dinner.
