Join over 300 of your peers from across the state for our 2023 Spring Conference to connect with respected leaders while building and strengthening important relationships that bring real value to our lives and work.

The conference will feature highlights of NC target industries, the latest guidance on innovative practices in economic development as well as economic and workforce outlooks.

The general schedule is listed below for planning purposes. Attire for the full conference is business/resort casual.

The Tuesday afternoon optional activities require separate registration and have additional fees. See 'Additional Items' at the bottom of the registration page to register for these segments.

Table top exhibits are available, and you can reserve a table by selecting the Exhibitor option under 'Additional Items'.

LODGING DETAILS

NCEDA's group block at the Resort is full, and the hotel is almost sold out for the nights of our conference (this translates to very high rates of around $500 per night for rooms that are still available).

Please view the details below to either get added to our waitlist for the Resort or to make a reservation at our overflow block at the Homewood Suites, located just a couple of miles from the Resort.

Member Registration: $495 ($395 early bird rate valid through February 24)

Emerging Executives Member Registration: $350 ($250 early bird rate valid through February 24)

Retiree Member Registration: $250

Student Member Registration: $50

Non-Member Registration: $815 ($715 early bird rate valid through February 24)

Spouse / Personal Guest Registration: $75 (includes Tuesday evening reception only)

Tuesday, March 7 Activities:

The Tuesday afternoon optional activities provide attendees an additional networking opportunity in a small group setting. Detailed logistics will be provided to activity registrants prior to the conference.

Golf: $130 (Pinehurst #5, ten tee times available between 10:48 am - Noon)

Sporting Clays: $75 (11:30 am - 4 pm)

Pinehurst Culinary and Historic Tour: $90 (1 - 4 pm)

Croquet Tournament: $60 (2 - 4 pm)

Pickleball Clinic and Tournament: $60 (2 - 4 pm)

EARLY BIRD PRICING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations submitted by Friday, February 24 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted after Tuesday, February 21.

Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, February 24 at 5 pm. For cancellations, please call 888.246.2332 or email liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after February 24.
