LODGING INFORMATION

Our block at the Holiday Inn is full, and the hotel is sold out during our conference dates. We have booked two overflow blocks:

Shell Island Resort (2700 North Lumina Avenue, located just over 1 mile from the Holiday Inn) - The block deadline at Shell Island has passed, but they will honor a $250 plus tax per night rate for our group. To reserve a room, contact the hotel at 910.256.8696 and request the NCEDA block.

Blockade Runner (275 Waynick Boulevard, located just 1 1/2 miles from the Holiday Inn) -  The block deadline at Blockade Runner has passed, but they will honor our group rates if there is availability. Our rates at Blockade Runner range from $210-$235 plus tax per night depending on harborfront or oceanfront rooms. To reserve a room, contact the hotel at 800.541.1161 and request the NC Economic Development Association block.

There is a wait list for folks who would prefer to stay at the Holiday Inn. Contact Liz (liz@nceda.org) to be added to this list. Members on the waiting list will be contacted as rooms become available.

Pricing

GENERAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Member Registration: $575 ($475 early bird rate valid through June 1)

Non-Member Registration: $875 ($775 early bird rate valid through June 1)

Emerging Executives Member Registration: $350

Emerging Executives Non-Member Registration: $500

Spouse / Guest Registration: $200 (includes breakfasts and evening receptions)

Child Registration (ages 6-20): $100 (includes breakfasts and evening receptions; children over the age of 21 should register at the $200 guest registration fee)

Child Registration (ages 5 and under): Complimentary

All registration fees include entry to event breakfasts, breaks, business sessions and the evening heavy hors d'oeuvres receptions. Children are welcome at the evening functions. We encourage you to bring your entire family!

OPTIONAL REGISTRATION SELECTIONS / ACTIVITIES

Exhibitor: $400 (includes exhibit table in the ballroom foyer area with maximum exposure during the general session breaks and the Wednesday evening reception)

Tuesday, June 12 Activities:

Deep Sea Fishing Excursion: $200 (Tuesday afternoon; includes lunch and beverages)

Kayaking Tour: $55 (Tuesday afternoon)

Emerging Executives Service Project: No Cost (Tuesday afternoon)

Wednesday, June 13 Activities: (all afternoon activities will take place in the same time block, so only choose one)

Cornhole Tournament: $25 (Wednesday afternoon; proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen)

Stand-Up Paddle Board Lesson: $75 (Wednesday afternoon; all equipment provided)

Ports Tour: No Cost (Wednesday afternoon)

EUE Screen Gems Studio Tour: No Cost (Wednesday afternoon)

Thursday, June 14 Activities:

Emerging Executives Luncheon: $50 (Thursday afternoon; includes lunch)

Registrations submitted by Friday, June 1 are eligible for the early bird registration rate, a $100 savings. NCEDA member and non-member rates increase $100 if submitted after Friday, June 1.

NCEDA CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds can be made (minus a $25 processing fee), if cancellations are received by Friday, June 1 at 5 pm. For cancellations please call 888.246.2332 or email liz@nceda.org. No refunds will be granted after June 1.
