Danielle McClintock serves as Director of Economic Development at the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, where she supports regional business recruitment and strategic partnerships across the 16-county Charlotte region.
Prior to joining the Alliance, Danielle served as Director of Marketing and Communications for the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center and Virginia Tech Foundation. In this role, she helped advance initiatives, strengthen industry partnerships, and support the growth of Virginia’s innovation ecosystem. Her work included helping launch the Entrepreneur Resource Center, Secure Energy Future Center, and COgro Labs, initiatives designed to accelerate entrepreneurship, commercialization, and industry collaboration.
With a background spanning strategic communications, business development, and organizational growth, Danielle brings a collaborative, results-oriented approach to economic development. She is passionate about connecting people, businesses, and resources to create opportunities that drive long-term regional prosperity.
Danielle holds an MBA with a concentration in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
